A headless carousel for React 19, built on native CSS scroll snap. The browser does the scrolling, with its own momentum, snapping and focus scrolling. Carouseldeck tracks where the deck rests and asks the browser to move. You compose the deck from primitives that work with no stylesheet, and style it with plain CSS.
